AGM 2023 Proposal: Provision of a Welfare structure on CCFC matchdays

I want to propse that the club focuses on creating appropriate welfare provision at the osd on match days.

To me that looks like a welfare room or space and 2x trained independent welfare officers in attendance. By independent i mean not in a fan group or any other committee ideally.

Without it how inclusive will the OSD ever be?

Proposal: Need to call out for welfare volunteers/ identify space at OSD/ factor in communication.
