Re: Women’s team physio?
Today's W1T game was I think the most physical we've seen yet. But if my recall is correct, at the AGM the proposal as negotiated between Club Development and the AFC Stoke Newington squad was that they'd agreed a budget thought to be sustainable, and that for the first year they'd be largely auton...

Women’s team physio?
Do the women’s team have a physio? The few times I’ve seen them it’s been Patrick the head coach who’s run on to treat injuries - I don’t doubt his qualifications but maybe it’s better to have a dedicated one like the men’s team do? Might be a good opportunity for a student or something... Anyone fr...

Re: Committees communication channel
This is my bad. It was my proposal, and it passed. I had reasons for the initial delay, but I shan't go into those here. Let's get it up and running - I would appreciate some help in shepherding folks mind you. What would be helpful are laid out terms for how this will work and how it will be disti...

Committees communication channel
From the minutes of the AGM: Creation of communication channel with set rules to aid communication between committees It was noted that communication between committees is sometimes confused, and that an Inter-group channel be set up. After much discussion it was AGREED that the Board be responsib...

Re: Fixtures?
Yeah, as above - please bear in mind that all fixtures & kick off times are potentially subject to change at very short notice. Have asked comms to make this as clear as possible on the websitedowdinsk wrote:

Re: Downs FC
I asked Steven T about this last night at the clean up session. He said the players had also gone together with the management team, and so Downs FC won't be playing in the 2019-20 season. That’s a shame, hope it can get going again in the future. Always liked the idea of a relationship between the...

Re: Fixtures?
Quick update: the ESL has released their fixtures (i.e. including Walthamstow’s) but they don’t seem set in stone yet as we have noticed a few have changed since the initial release. So we’re waiting for them to settle down a bit until we send our ground availability form to the MCFL, hopefully earl...

Downs FC
Any update? Last I remember hearing I think they were looking for new coaching & management team? Apologies if I’ve missed an update somewhere.

Fixtures?
Not for a while I’d imagine - they are still waiting on clubs’ ground availability, some of which (including us) depends on fixtures in higher leagues being released first.
If it’s anything like Div 1 they’ll release them in batches anyway, i.e. only a few at first.
